摘要:
 梳理我国高校教师思政工作的发展脉络，总结经验和教训以更好地规划未来的工作，剖析我国高校教师思政工作中观念、机制、方式方法上存在的问题，挖掘新时代背景下我国高校教师思政工作的内涵，明确方向目标定位和路径，厘清未来我国高校教师思政工作面临的任务，为未来相关工作的发展和研究提供思路与参考。
Abstract:
 In the new era, facing the new direction, new journey and new mission, sorting out the development of ideological and political work of Chinese university teachers, it is required to summarize the experience and lessons in order to better plan the future work, explore the connotation of ideological and political work of Chinese university teachers under the background of the new era, and clarify the direction, target, orientation and path. It is also essential to analyze problems in the ideas, mechanisms and methods, clarify the tasks facing the ideological and political work of Chinese university teachers in the future, and provide ideas and references for the development and research of relevant work in the future.
