摘要:
为评价员工对于岗位的胜任力,更好地选用和培养装配式建筑施工管理人员,创建了装配式施工管理人员胜任力评价模型.首先引入胜任力概念,通过对管理人员进行特征分析,提炼出4个胜任力维度和21个胜任力特征,然后基于模糊数的层次分析法和综合模糊评价法构建胜任力评价体系;最后选取装配式建筑示范城市荆门、长沙为调研城市,利用该评价体系对项目中的管理人员进行测评.结果显示,目前装配式施工管理人员的胜任力评价等级为良好,但其中技能维度评价等级为一般,说明管理人员在所需技能方面尚有不足,主要原因在于装配式建筑在我国近年来才大力推行,其管理人员的专业技能未能得到大规模培养和训练.实验证明该体系能够为装配式建筑管理人员的选拔和培养提供依据.
Abstract:
In order to evaluate the competence of employees for positions and better select and train prefabricated building construction managers, a competency evaluation model for prefabricated construction managers was created. Firstly, the concept of competency is introduced, and 4 competency dimensions and 21 competency characteristics are extracted by analyzing the characteristics of managers. Then, a competency evaluation system is constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process of fuzzy numbers and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, the assembly is selected. The model cities of Jingmen and Changsha are the research cities, and the evaluation system is used to evaluate the management personnel in the project. The results show that the current level of competence evaluation of prefabricated construction managers is good, but the evaluation level of skill dimension is average, indicating that managers are still lacking in the required skills. However, the professional skills of its managers have not been cultivated and trained on a large scale. Experiments show that the system can provide a basis for the selection and training of prefabricated building managers.
