摘要:
 采用语料库方法，依据批评话语分析理论，从高频实词及关键词等典型词汇应用的角度切入，分析我国2016-2021年《政府工作报告》英译文本的语言特征，探究其英译文本塑造的中国国家形象。《政府工作报告》英译文本展现了中国政府脚踏实地、发奋有为的特征，同时构建了中国自立自强、以人为本等积极向上的社会主义大国形象。官方对外话语研究有利于中国讲好“中国故事”，消除负面刻板印象，促进积极国际形象的建构。
Abstract:
 In light of critical discourse analysis, the paper, using corpus methodology, described the linguistic features of the English translations of Government Reports(2016-2021), and analyzed China’s national image in the reports from the perspectives of high-frequency words and key words. It is found that the English Government Reports show the down-to-earth, enterprising and promising characteristics of the Chinese government, and construct China’s image as a socialist power that is self-reliant, unremitting and gives priority to people’s well-being. The research on official international discourse will make contributions to telling China’s story well, eliminating negative stereotype and promoting the construction of positive international images.
