摘要:
 中国的对外直接投资能显著减少母国污染,但这种环境效应主要得益于投资的反馈渠道,而非受益于将污染产业从中国迁移到国外的转移渠道。运用中介效应模型对30个省(市)2003-2017年数据进行实证分析,结果证实:中国对外直接投资存在环境改善效应,且在经济发展水平高的地区效应会更加明显;反馈渠道下的逆向创新起了较大作用,即中国对外直接投资给母国带来了逆向创新,从而使得污染降低。
Abstract:
 In the post-epidemic era, some countries put forward "China Threat Theory", which makes "going out" strategy of China particularly critical. China’s foreign direct investment can significantly reduce pollution in the home country, but this environmental effect is mainly due to the feedback channel of investment, instead of transferring polluting industries from China to foreign countries. The mediating effect model was used to empirically analyze the data of 30 provinces (cities) from 2003 to 2017. The results show that China’s OFDI has an environmental improvement effect, and the effect is obvious in economically developed provinces; That is, China’s OFDI brings reverse innovation to the home country, which leads to lower pollution.
