摘要:
 针对水环境质量评价的问题,采用最大隶属度-模糊评价的方法确定污染指标权值的方法和水质量模糊评价方法的步骤。在案例分析中采用长江17个测点的水质指标检测数据,对照《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002),建立半梯形隶属函数、模糊关系矩阵和模糊权重矩阵,按照最大隶属度原则,得到模糊评价结果。分别采用TOPSIS法、灰色关联度法、RSR法对各测点水质排序,排序结果与模糊评价方法评价的结论一致,表明采用最大隶属度-模糊评价法对地表水环境质量的评价是可行的。
Abstract:
 This paper researches questions of the evaluation of water environmental quality by means of the maximum membership grade principle -fuzzy evaluation. The method to determine the weight of pollution index and the steps of the fuzzy evaluation method of water quality are expounded. In case analysis,the national college students’ mathematical modeling competition subject is given of the Yangtze river water quality indexes of testing data (including 17 point data). In contrast to national standard "surface water environment quality standard" (GB3838-2002), the main index standard limit, half trapezoid membership function, fuzzy relationship matrix and fuzzy weight matrix are created. According to the maximum membership degree principle, Fuzzy evaluation results are obtained. Moreover, TOPSIS method, grey relational degree method and RSR method were used to rank the water quality of each measuring point, and the ranking results were consistent with the conclusion of fuzzy evaluation method, which indicated that the maximum membership degree fuzzy evaluation method was feasible to evaluate the environmental water quality of surface water.
