摘要:
领导者的谦卑行为是近年来组织管理领域的热门议题。基于情境力量理论,探讨谦卑型领导影响员工工作绩效的内在心理传导机制。对234份有效样本的实证分析结果表明:谦卑型领导不仅对员工工作绩效有直接的正向影响,还通过心理安全感和反馈寻求行为的中介作用对员工工作绩效产生间接影响; 心理安全感、反馈寻求行为在谦卑型领导和员工工作绩效之间发挥链式中介作用。这一研究能为企业管理者调整自身的领导风格提供一定的理论支持。
Abstract:
Leadership humility has been a hot topic in the field of organizational management in recent years. Based on the theory of situational strength, the paper discusses the internal psychological transmission mechanism of humble leadership influencing the employees’ job performance. With the help of 234 samples the results show that humble leadership not only has a direct positive effect on employees’ job performance, but also has an indirect effect on employees’ job performance through the mediated role of psychological safety and feedback-seeking behavior; psychological safety and feedback-seeking behavior play a chain mediated effect between humble leadership and employees’ job performance. The results can support the managers to adjust their leadership style in practice.
