根据脱 粒 滚 筒 不 同 部 位 的 脱 粒 要 求,利 用 软 件 Solidworks设 计 了 一 种 组 合 式 脱 粒 滚 筒.使 用 软 件 EDEM 对脱粒装置进行了脱粒仿真试验设置;以滚筒转速、脱粒间隙和导向板升角作为试验变量,脱粒装置的含杂 率、损失率作为评价指标,进行单因素脱粒仿真试验,初步了解了滚筒转速、脱粒间隙和导向板升角对脱粒性能影 响的规律;在此基础上,选择合适的因子水平进行三因子三水平响应面试验,得到脱粒装置含杂率和损失率的回归 模型,并确定了组合式脱粒装置的最佳参数组合:滚筒转速354r/min、脱粒间隙29mm、导向板升角25°;最后在最 优参数组合的条件下,通过田间试验验证了设计的脱粒装置的优越性.
Abstract:
According to the threshing requirements of different parts of the threshing drum, a combined threshing drum was designed using Solidworks software. Threshing simulation test settings were conducted on the threshing device using software EDEM; A single factor threshing simulation experiment was conducted using drum speed, threshing clearance, and guide plate angle as experimental variables, and the impurity content and loss rate of the threshing device as evaluation indicators. The influence of drum speed, threshing clearance, and guide plate angle on threshing performance was preliminarily understood; On this basis, a suitable factor level was selected for a three factor and three level response surface experiment to obtain a regression model for the impurity content and loss rate of the threshing device. The optimal parameter combination of the combined threshing device was determined: drum speed 354r/min, threshing gap 29mm, and guide plate elevation angle 25 °; Finally, under the optimal parameter combination conditions, the superiority of the designed threshing device was verified through field experiments.
