摘要:
针对目前小龙虾人工分拣精度不够,成本过高的问题,构建了一种基于视觉检测的小龙虾分拣系统,对小 龙虾分拣系统的原理进行简要分析,完成了系统各部分的硬件选型,设计了基于 Linux系统的上位机与 PLC的通 讯程序,采集小龙虾图片样本并识别小龙虾种类,编写 PLC程序实现了对小龙虾种类的准确识别与快速分选.实 验结果表明,该系统识别准确率高,自动化程度高,能节约大量的人力成本与时间成本.
Abstract:
To solve the problems of insufficient precision and high cost of crawfish manual sorting, this paper proposes a vision-based crayfish sorting system. The principle of the crayfish sorting system was briefly analyzed, and the hardware selection of each part of the system was completed. A communication program based on Linux system and PLC was designed. The program collected crayfish image samples and identified the types of crayfish, and the PLC program was written to achieve accurate identification and fast sorting of crayfish types. The experimental results show that the system has high recognition accuracy and high automation, which can save a lot of labor and time costs. It will play a positive role in the development of the crayfish industry in China and has certain promotion and practical value.
