摘要:
通过多目标规划和多智能体仿真,研究舰船海上物资保障的最佳采购调度方案及补给方式。建立以满足需求、供应及时和成本最低的多目标规划模型,利用Lingo软件对模型进行求解,得到包含供货网点名称和物资采购数量的最优采购方案;利用Anylogic软件建立含Main主智能体、舰船编队智能体及港口智能体的多智能体协作仿真模型,对基地化采购伴随补给和商业化采购靠港补给这两种后勤物资保障方式的保障效率进行验证和优化,确定了非任务期间采用商业化采购靠港补给的保障方式将更加高效和经济的结论,为舰船编队的海上保障决策提供了有益参考。
Abstract:
By means of multi-objective programming and multi-agent simulation, the optimal procurement scheduling scheme and replenishment mode of marine material support are studied. This paper establishes a multi-objective programming model to meet the demand, supply in time and the lowest cost, and solves the model by using the Lingo software, and obtains the optimal procurement plan including the name of the supply network and the quantity of the material purchase. At the same time, a multi-agent cooperative simulation model including Main agent, ship formation agent and port agent is established by using Anylogic software. The support efficiency of the two logistics material support modes proposed in this paper is verified and optimized. It is concluded that the commercial procurement plus port replenishment will be more efficient and economical during the non-mission period, which provides a useful reference for the decision-making of marine support for ship formation.
