 关注教师实践教学能力,是职业教育高质量发展与人才培养质量提升的内在要求。为研究教师实践教学能力对学生学业表现的影响,通过自编问卷对广东省和湖北省3677名中等职业学校学生进行问卷调查,利用结构方程模型研究教师实践教学能力、学生满意度和学业表现三者之间的关系。结果发现:教师实践教学能力与学生满意度和学业表现有显著的正向预测作用;学生满意度对学业表现有显著的正向预测作用;学生满意度在教师实践教学能力与学生学业表现之间存在部分中介效应,中介效应值为42.59%。
Abstract:
Paying attention to teachers’ practical teaching ability is an inherent requirement for the high quality development of vocational education and the improvement of talent training quality. In order to study the influence of teachers’ practical teaching ability on students’ academic performance, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 3677 secondary vocational school students in Guangdong Province and Hubei Province through selfcompiled questionnaires, and the relationship between teachers’ practical teaching ability, student satisfaction and academic performance was explored by using structural equation model. The results show that teachers’ practical teaching ability has a significant positive predictive effect on student satisfaction and academic performance. Student satisfaction has a significant positive predictive effect on academic performance; There is a partial mediating effect between teachers’ practical teaching ability and students’ academic performance, whose mediating effect value is 42.59%.
