摘要:
 习近平关于人大监督的重要论述具有丰富的理论意涵和价值意蕴。这些重要论述是习近平总书记将马克思列宁主义权力监督理论、中国共产党人关于人大监督的思考和地方人大监督实践相结合的成果，赋予了人大监督新的制度定位，集中阐释了人大监督在推进中国式现代化中的地位和作用，进一步明确了人大监督的工作原则，为人大监督制度的完善和发展开辟了新境界。必须在实践中坚持不懈地贯彻落实这些重要论述，以发展全过程人民民主，不断推进正确、有效、依法监督为目标，才能在新时代进一步强化人大监督的制度优势和治理效能。
Abstract:
 The important statements by Xi Jinping on the supervision of the National People’s Congress (NPC) carry rich theoretical connotations and valuable implications. These important statements are the results of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s integration of Marxist-Leninist power supervision theory, Chinese Communist Party’s thinking on NPC supervision, and local NPC supervision practices. These statements have given NPC supervision a new institutional positioning and have comprehensively elaborated on the status and role of NPC supervision in advancing China’s modernization in its own style. They further clarify the working principles of NPC supervision, opening up new horizons for the improvement and development of the NPC supervision system. We must persistently implement these important statements in practice, develop democracy throughout the entire process involving the people, and continuously advance proper, effective, and lawful supervision as our goals. Only then can we further strengthen the institutional advantages and governance efficiency of NPC supervision in the new era.
