摘要:
 以世界卫生组织发布的《预防和解决新冠病毒疾病社会污名通告》为研究对象,在摹状词理论视阈下,应用语义分析法,考查新冠病毒疾病污名化话语现象的生成机制,认为污名是物的能指在被解释(获取意义)的过程中,所指消失而产生的一个新符号,污名不是物本身,而是携带着偏见价值取向的责任归因,这种归因使物与污名直接构成了指称关系,即污名就是此物的命名。
Abstract:
 This paper delves into the formation mechanism of stigmatized COVID-19 discourses on the basis of descriptions theory, with the purpose of providing theoretical support for debunking the COVID-19 related stigmatization and more effectively eradicating the illness-related stigma. The linguistic corpus in the paper quotes from Social Stigma Associated with COVID: A Guide to Preventing and Addressing Social Stigma, promulgated by the World Health Organization. The results of this study indicate that stigmatization is a new semiosis, stigmatization takes place in the acquisition of meaning by a signifier, while the signified is removed. Stigmatization is an attribution of biased value rather than referring to the object being signified, it is the biased attribution that sets up the reference between the object and the signifier. As a result the nomination of the object is stigmatized.
