摘要:
 针对现有多电平逆变器存在使用器件较多以及调制策略复杂的问题,提出一种仅由2个直流输入源、8个开关管、1个开关电容和1个二极管组成的双输入八开关九电平逆变器。所提出逆变器的电容器充放电自平衡,不需要额外的电容电压平衡电路和复杂控制算法。4对开关工作状态互补,进一步降低了调制策略的复杂度。介绍逆变器的拓扑结构和工作原理,分析调制策略。实验结果验证了该拓扑及其调制策略的有效性和可行性。
Abstract:
 Aiming at the problems of many devices and complex modulation strategy in the existing multilevel inverter, a double-supply eight-switch nine-level inverter is proposed. The inverter is only composed of two DC input sources, eight switches, one switching capacitor and one diode. It can output nine levels with fewer devices. Among them, additional capacitor voltage balancing circuit and complex control algorithm are not needed because the voltage of the capacitor is self-balancing. The working states of the four pairs of switches are complementary, which further reduces the complexity of the modulation strategy. Firstly, the topology and working principle of the inverter are introduced in detail, and then the modulation strategy of the inverter is designed. Finally, the experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the topology and its modulation strategy.
