 为优化补血养元合剂的水提工艺,以加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,通过单因素实验探究各因素对合剂质量的影响。在单因素实验的基础上设计L9(34)正交实验,以干膏得率和淫羊藿苷含量为评价指标进行综合评分,确定合剂的最佳水提工艺,将优化所得工艺进行3次平行验证。结果表明,加水倍数和提取次数对制备工艺有显著影响。由正交实验表得,最佳工艺为加8倍水煎煮2次,每次1 h。最佳工艺的干膏得率为36.26%,淫羊藿苷含量为27.55 μg/mL。该方法简单可行,为以后有关补血养元合剂的研究、生产提供参考依据。
Abstract:
 The objective of this study is to optimize the water extraction technology of Buxueyangyuan Mixture. To this end, the influence of each factor on the quality of the mixture was investigated by single factor experiment with water multiple, extraction time and extraction times as the factors. On the basis of single factor experiment, L9(34) orthogonal experiment was designed to comprehensively score the yield of dry paste and the content of icariin as the evaluation indexes to determine the best water extraction process of the mixture. The optimized process was validated three times in parallel. The results showed that water addition times and extraction times had significant effects on the preparation process. According to the orthogonal experiment table, the best process is to add 8 times water and decoct twice, each time for 2 h. The yield of dry paste was 36.70% and the content of icariin was 27.55 μg/mL. It is concluded that the method is simple and feasible, and provides reference for the future research and production of Buxueyangyuan Mixture.
