摘要:
 疫情防控常态化背景下,在线活动的热度再次攀升。通过实验法,研究消费者在线质量评级活动中锚定效应的存在性问题。以某企业产品与竞争对手同类型产品质量的优劣为依据划分4个典型情境。研究发现,只有当本企业产品质量差时,锚定作用才显著,特别地,竞争对手产品的质量优于本企业时,锚定效应的作用更加明显;而产品质量优于竞争对手或者和竞争对手一样优秀时,锚定效应的作用不明显。研究表明,准确的市场定位有助于获得更高的质量评级。本研究可提升企业的产品质量评级,为企业寻找合适的竞争对手提供理论支持。
Abstract:
 Under the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the popularity of online activities has risen again.Through experimental methods, we study the existence of anchoring effects in consumer online quality rating activities. Four typical scenarios are divided based on the quality of the company’s products and competitors of the same type. The study found that: the anchoring effect is significant only when the quality of the company’s products is poor. In particular, when the quality of other products is better than that of the company, the anchoring effect is more obvious. When the product quality is better than or as good as the competitor, the anchoring effect is not obvious. Research shows that accurate market positioning can help obtain higher quality ratings, provide theoretical support for companies to find suitable competitors, and improve their product quality ratings in marketing.
