摘要:
 工程利用TeklaStructures软件,建立了钢箱拱施工用门式桅杆模型,并利用该模型模拟了拱圈的转体施工方案。Tekla模型建立后利用自带接口直接导入MIDAS Civil中进行设计及验算,最终确定桅杆搭设的方案,并以此来指导现场施工。计算分析结果表明,通过Tekla建立的BIM模型(建筑信息化模型),能直接用于MIDAS的有限元分析计算,同时还减少了MIDAS建模所需的时间。由于分析模型的精度较高,所得结论为该方案的安全实施提供了保证,同时也为类似方案的实施提供了参考。
Abstract:
 In this project, the portal mast model for steel box arch construction is established by using Tekla structures software,and the swivel construction scheme of arch ring is simulated by using this model. The Tekla model, after being established, is directly imported into Midas civil with its own interface for designing and checking calculation, and finally the scheme of mast erection is determined,which can guide the field construction.The results show that the BIM model established by Tekla (building information model) can be directly used in the finite element analysis and calculation of Midas. It can also reduce the time required for Midas modeling. The high accuracy of the analysis model can ensure safe implementation of the scheme,and also provide a reference for the implementation of similar schemes.
