摘要:
 为进一步增强复合纤维材料的力学性能,基于复合纤维材料的非牛顿流体流动理论,设计一种使复合纤维材料的纤维在注塑生产时能够趋于定向分布的动态注塑模具,并对该动态注塑的原理进行论述。拉伸实验证明,动态注塑模具生产制造的塑件,其力学性能优于传统注塑模具生产的塑件;通过对两种注塑模具生产的塑件横断截面的观察分析,相比于传统注塑模具生产的塑件,动态注塑模具生产的塑件,其纤维的定向化程度更高,与动态注塑原理相吻合,验证了动态注塑成型的可行性。
Abstract:
 Based on the theory of fiber composite flow, a dynamic injection mold for realizing the orientation distribution of composite fiber orientation is designed to enhance the performance of composite injection molding products. The mechanism of this dynamic injection mold is analyzed. The tensile test shows that the mechanical properties of the plastic components produced by the dynamic injection mold are superior to those produced by the traditional injection mold. The analysis of the lateral sections of the plastic parts produced by these two injection molds reveals that, compared to the plastic components produced by the traditional mold, those produced by the dynamic injection mold have a higher degree of fiber orientation and a better congruence of the dynamic injection theory. The feasibility of the dynamic injection molding is thus verified.
