摘要:
 食品、药品等领域的样品前处理技术存在自动化程度不高、耗时等问题。为提高检测效率,减少溶剂配制的误差,设计一种全自动样品前处理平台,并对其控制原理和软件系统进行分析。该平台基于PC和PLC分布式控制分配阀、注射泵和三维运动机构,可快速转移溶液,批量处理样品,超声提取溶剂。平台自动化程度高,应用范围广,解决了手工配制溶液所带来的劳动力大、效率低、误差源较多等缺点。
Abstract:
 Sample preparation technology in the fields of food and medicine has the problems of low automation and time-consuming. In order to improve the detection efficiency and reduce the error of solvent preparation, a fully automatic sample preparation platform was designed, and its control principle and software system were analyzed in detail. The platform can quickly transfer solutions, process samples in batches, and extract solvents by ultrasound. The platform could control the distribution valve, syringe pump and 3D motion mechanism based on PC and PLC. It has a high degree of automation and a wide range of applications, and solves the shortcomings of large labor, low efficiency and wide error sources caused by manual solution preparation.
