摘要:
为了克服输电线路杆塔接地运维工作中存在的不足,基于移动互联网技术开发了一套杆塔接地电阻的信息化测量设备。该设备基于异频法原理,滤除了地中杂散电流的影响,保证了测量精度。同时,在测量完成后自动将测量条件和结果上传至云端数据平台,通过测量GPS位置与杆塔GPS位置的距离匹配计算,实现测量数据与“接地参数大数据云平台”数据库的对接。在测量过程中直接将“离线数据”转化为“线上数据”,有效提高了接地运维的工作效率和准确率。最后,对部分超高压线路杆塔的接地电阻进行了现场测量。试验结果表明,研制的信息化测量设备测量精度高、抗干扰能力强,大幅减少了杆塔接地的运维、测量时间,有效推进了电网接地运维的信息化和数据化。
Abstract:
In order to overcome the shortcomings in the grounding operation and maintenance of the transmission line tower, an information measurement equipment based on the mobile internet technology is developed. The equipment is based on the principle of non-power frequency method, which filters out the influence of stray current in the ground and ensures the measurement accuracy. At the same time, after the measurement is completed, the measurement conditions and results are automatically uploaded to the cloud data platform. The measurement data are matched with the database of ‘grounding parameter big data cloud platform’ by calculating the distance matching between the measured GPS and the Actual GPS. In the measurement process, the “offline data” are directly converted into “online data”, which effectively improves the working efficiency and accuracy of the grounding operation and maintenance. Finally, the grounding resistance of some ultra-high voltage line towers is measured on site. The test results show that the developed information measuring equipment has high measurement accuracy and strong anti-interference ability, greatly reduces the operation and maintenance and measurement time of the tower grounding, and effectively promotes the informationization and datamation of the grid grounding operation and maintenance.
