对现有屈曲约束支撑进行分析和总结,提出一种新型钢管装配式屈曲约束支撑,用ABAQUS软件对其进行有限元分析,对比研究其抗震性能与开孔二重圆管屈曲约束支撑及开孔三重圆管屈曲约束支撑的抗震性能,分析轴向齿轮排数、同轴齿轮大小齿轮直径之比、连接形式对支撑性能的影响。研究结果表明:在长度和耗能构件截面面积都相同且达到相同屈服状态的条件下,新型钢管装配式屈曲约束支撑耗能能力最好;轴向齿轮排数宜大于2排;同轴齿轮大小齿轮直径之比不宜大于3;支撑的连接形式宜设计成固接。
Abstract:
A new steel tube buckling restrained brace was proposed based on the analysis and summary of the problems in the existing buckling restrained braces. The finite element analysis of ABAQUS software was carried out, to compare the seismic performance of the seismic performance and the buckling constraint braces of the open double pipe and the buckling restraint of the triplex pipe, and analyse the number of axial gear rows, the ratio of coaxial gear size gear diameter, and the influence of connection form on support performance. The results indicate that, under the condition of the same length, cross section area and yield state, the energy dissipation capacity of the new steel tube buckling restrained brace is the best. The number of axial gear rows should be greater than 2 rows; the ratio of coaxial gear size gear diameter should not be greater than 3. It is suggested that the connection form of the brace should be designed to be fixed.
