摘要:
对2.5mm 厚的 AZ31B镁合金和2mm 厚的 DP600高强钢平板进行搅拌摩擦搭接焊连接实验.通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉伸实验和硬度测试,研究工艺参数对镁/钢搭接接头显微组织、连接机理和力学性能影响.结果表明:镁/钢接头连接机制为机械结合,且随着焊接进给速度增大,接头拉伸性能降低;随着旋转速度增大,接头拉伸性能先增强再降低.在进给速度80mm/min,旋转速度900r/min时达到最大剪切破坏载荷为295.8N/mm.界面处晶粒细化显著,硬度明显高于母材.
Abstract:
The dissimilar metals of 2.5 mm AZ31B magnesium alloy and 2 mm DP600 high strength steel were welded by friction stir lap welding. The effects of process parameters on the microstructure, binding mechanism and mechanical properties of magnesium/steel lap joints were investigated by OM, SEM, XRD, tensile test and hardness test. The results show that the connection mechanism of magnesium/steel joints was mechanical bonding. The tensile properties of the joints decreased when the welding feed rate increased; The tensile properties of the joints first increased and then decreased when the rotation speed increased. The maximum shear failure load of 295.8 N/mm was reached at the feed speed of 80 mm/min and the rotation speed of 900 r/min. The grain refinement at the interface was significant, and the hardness is significantly higher than that of the base metal.
