摘要:
 针对纸塑复合袋人工套装效率低、劳动强度大的问题,提出一种基于气流传输技术的套装方案,并基于套装方案设计了一种纸塑复合袋套装装置。该装置包括内袋牵引机构、外袋传输机构、外袋开袋机构、内袋传输机构、内袋调整机构以及内袋剪切机构等,能够实现内袋无接触式传输以及内外袋快速套装。为了保证纸塑复合袋套装效率及质量,基于PLC技术开发了一套自动化套装控制系统。实际应用表明,套装装置套装过程稳定,效率是人工的34.4倍。
Abstract:
 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity in manual setting of paper-plastic composite bags, a fitting scheme based on air transmission technology was proposed, and a paper-plastic composite bag fitting device was designed based on the fitting scheme. The device includes an inner bag traction mechanism, an outer bag transmission mechanism, an outer bag opening mechanism, an inner bag transmission mechanism, an inner bag adjustment mechanism, and an inner bag shearing mechanism, etc. In order to ensure the efficiency and quality of the paper-plastic composite bag package, an automatic package control system has been developed based on PLC technology. The practical application shows that the set-up process of the set-up device is stable, and the efficiency is 34.4 times that of manual work.
