摘要:
 为有效解决邻水边坡的施工难题,开发了船上湿喷植被混凝土技术。介绍了船上施工的设备、工艺流程和注意事项,对比分析车载运输与船载运输的的差异性;依托该技术在花马湖水渠边坡的首次应用,详细说明了船上施工机械的各项具体参数及布置情况;用船舶施工后的效果表明:植被覆盖率达90%,整体绿化率达95%,植物根系发达,已贯穿整个喷层,该水渠边坡取得了良好的恢复效果,为将来类似工程提供技术参照。
Abstract:
 In order to effectively solve the construction problem of the slope of the Huama Lake canal, the wet spraying vegetation concrete technology on board was developed. This article introduces the equipment, technological process and precautions of shipboard construction, compares and analyzes the differences between vehicle-borne transportation and ship-borne transportation; Relying on the first application of this technology on the slope of Huama Lake Canal Slope Project, it has explained in detail the specific parameters and layout of construction machinery on board; After construction with ship it shows that the vegetation coverage rate reaches 90%; the overall greening rate reaches 95%; the plant root system is developed and has penetrated the entire spray layer. The slope of the canal has achieved good restoration effect, and provides technical reference for similar projects in the future.
