摘要:
 对于低压大电流电源模块,常采用并联绕组的方法增加其载流能力。但并联绕组会因趋肤和邻近效应导致电流不均分,从而形成较高的交流电阻,导致损耗增加。通过分析平面变压器初、次级绕组交叉排列对损耗的影响,得出采用交叉换位技术能够有效减小绕组损耗的结论。并推导出平面变压器电流均分的n∶1绕组布置方法,通过Maxwell 3D验证并联绕组电流均分布置方法的有效性。
Abstract:
 For low-voltage high-current power modules, parallel windings are often used to increase their current-carrying capacity. However, parallel windings will cause uneven current distribution due to skin and proximity effects, resulting in higher AC resistance and increased loss. By analyzing the influence of the cross arrangement of the primary and secondary windings of the planar transformer on the loss, it is concluded that the use of cross transposition technology can effectively reduce the winding loss. The n∶1 winding layout method of planar transformer current sharing, is deduced and the effectiveness of the parallel winding current sharing method through Maxwell 3D is verified.
